Bud Force is a director and cinematographer who specializes in documentary films and commercial brand content.
For nearly two decades, Bud has crafted stories across the American West and around the globe.
He is the co-director/producer of the feature film, Cowboys: A Documentary Portrait (2020), distributed internationally by Roco Films™. In addition, Bud regularly directs and DPs branded content, ranging from national broadcast commercials to longer-form anthems and brand films.
His work is primarily shot on-location with a natural aesthetic; often preferring grit over grace.
Bud has also worked as a horse wrangler on Paramount’s Yellowstone and Bass Reeves television series. He is currently directing a new feature documentary and lives with his family on their homestead farm in the Texas hill country.
