Bud Force is an award-winning director and cinematographer who specializes in non-fiction documentary and narrative films.
For nearly two decades, Bud has crafted stories across the American West and around the globe.
He is the co-director/producer of the feature film, Cowboys: A Documentary Portrait (2020), distributed internationally by Roco Films™. In addition, Bud regularly directs and DPs branded content, ranging from national broadcast commercials to longer-form anthems and brand films.
His work is primarily shot on-location with a natural aesthetic and an honest touch - often preferring grit over grace.
Bud has also worked as a horse wrangler on Paramount’s Yellowstone and Bass Reeves television series. He is currently producing his next feature film and lives with his family, dogs, horses, chickens, and one donkey on a ranchita in the Texas hill country.
